We’re a small UK-based team headquartered in Manchester with team member across England, Scotland, and Wales. Most enquiries are best handled by email — we reply quickly and you have a record of the conversation.
For urgent matter or partnerships in motion, we offer phone support to existing partners. For media enquiries, contact our press team directly.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time. We don’t operate weekends; your wellbeing matters, and so does ours.
